Service Update: Response Times

Over the next couple of weeks, response times may be longer than usual while we onboard and train a new member of our client support team. We are still receiving and reviewing messages as normal, and we will reply as soon as we can.

If your message is urgent, please write “URGENT” at the start of the subject and include a short reason.

For urgent medical concerns, use your usual urgent care route. In the UK, NHS 111 for urgent advice, or 999 or 112 in an emergency.
