As a trans+ owned and led service, we’re here for those in our community who've been left waiting, turned away, or made to fight for their own gender-affirming care.
All clinical decisions are delivered by UK-registered professionals, including clinicians registered with the GMC, NMC, HCPC, GPhC, and BPS Chartered Psychologists.
When you join Pride In Health, you’re not just signing up for gender-affirming care, you’re joining a community that was built by and for trans, non-binary, and intersex people.
We make access to gender-affirming healthcare safer, simpler, and more supportive.
Every client is supported by a multidisciplinary team of 9 trusted clinicians and supported by professionals who understand the barriers our community faces.
With us, you can expect:
Accessible care: appointments and clinical reviews available online, from anywhere in the UK.
Personalised support: a care pathway built around your needs, at your pace.
Transparency and trust: clear pricing, open communication, and informed consent at the heart of everything we do.
Community values: every penny goes back into improving services, advocacy, and education to make healthcare fairer for everyone.
We’re here to help you access the care you need safely, confidently, and without judgement, while working for lasting change within the wider trans+ healthcare system.

We’ve made a few changes to give you more support through the Prescribing Support process, and more clinician time where it matters.
You’ll now have a Care Navigation appointment before your clinician appointment, to help you get everything ready and avoid unnecessary delays.
Baseline blood tests are now completed before your clinician appointment, so results can be reviewed properly in that appointment.
Shared care is no longer a separate pathway, it’s now combined as part of Prescribing Support. Our aim is to support as many people as we can into shared care over time, to help reduce costs and improve GP support.
You can find more detail on our Prescribing Support page, and in our FAQs.

Pride In Health is a limited company operating as a not-for-profit. That means any profit goes directly back into building gender-affirming care services, strengthening systems, and supporting our team.
We had hoped to convert to a Community Interest Company, but due to financial and structural barriers, that’s not something we can move forward with right now. Still, the principle remains the same. This is not a business driven by profit. It’s a project built for and by the community we serve.
