Pride In Health is a trans-led not-for-profit health organisation supporting access to gender-affirming care across the UK and EU. We work in partnership with independent clinicians, offering structured, community-focused care that values autonomy, safety, and flexibility.
We’re currently seeking an independent prescribing clinician (doctor, nurse prescriber, or prescribing pharmacist) to join our small team and help us meet the growing need for safe, remote access to hormone therapy.
About the Role
This role involves supporting the prescribing process by reviewing clinical details, making prescribing decisions, and authorising prescriptions through our secure prescribing platform. The time commitment is currently around 1–2 hours per week, with flexibility in how that time is structured.

We welcome applications from UK or EU-based prescribers who are legally registered to prescribe in their country. This could include GPs, nurse prescribers (e.g. V300), or pharmacists with independent prescribing rights.
