These private blood tests are reviewed by healthcare professionals. Tests can support safe hormone use, general health checks, or monitoring. We recommend regular blood testing at 3 month intervals until stable. However, if this is unsustainable yearly comprehensive testing is important to ensure safe monitoring of your care.

A full psychological assessment that if appropriate will result in a formal diagnosis of gender incongruence. Includes a written summary.
A short appointment and letter to support updating your gender marker with the passport office, or other services. Please note this is not the same as a gender recognition certificate (GRC). If you're looking for a GRC, please do reach out and we'll do our best to support you with information and resources.
Includes a clinical consultation and preparation of a referral letter for private surgery (top, bottom, or facial surgery). Please note NHS surgery referrals are not available.
A prepared letter for your GP asking them to carry out hormone-related blood tests. You’ll need to confirm with your GP before requesting this letter.

This pathway is for trans, non-binary, and intersex people in the UK (aged 18+) who are self-managing their care and need access to individual services without committing to a full treatment plan.
The Flexible Support pathway does not include prescriptions. If you need prescribing support, check out our Prescribing Support Pathway.
Once you’ve submitted your documents, our team will review them and once approved, send an invoice for the registration fee £45. Once paid, you'll be set up with your Carebit portal access. You can then start booking services right away.
We aim to review and approve registrations within 2 working days. If there are any delays, we’ll keep you updated via your email.
If you decide to move to the Prescribing Support Pathway, you only need to pay the £20 difference in registration fees, and you won’t need to re-register.
New accounts and bookings can continue, though there may be some delays with responses from 25th to 31st of August while we onboard new psychologists and doctors and complete planned system updates. Existing appointments will continue as normal. For more information, please see our Contact Us page.
