UK standard medications we can usually review

What we cannot review
We cannot review results for injectable oestrogen.
Why we cannot review injectable oestrogen
UK based clinicians can only advise safely within their training and experience. Injectable oestrogen is not prescribable in the UK, and is not part of standard UK regulated prescribing practice. That means the clinicians in our MDT do not have UK based prescribing and monitoring experience in this area, so they cannot safely interpret results or advise on dosing. This is about regulations, safety and professional limits, not judgement.

Hormones and other medicines can affect things like blood pressure, weight and metabolism, so having this information helps care be reviewed safely over time. It can also help identify if any follow-up or clinical review may be needed.
