We're a trans-led, not-for-profit health organisation working to make gender-affirming care safer, more accessible, and rooted in our community. Since launching, we’ve been entirely self-funded, but now we’re inviting you to help us grow.

* Improve the systems we use to support our growing community

* Strengthen care pathways and expand our support for those self-managing their care or stuck on long NHS waiting lists.

With our commitment to becoming a Community Interest Company (CIC), everything raised goes directly back into developing and sustaining the gender-affirming care services we offer.
