What you'll need to register

To verify your identity and create your client account, we'll ask you to upload the following:

1. Photo Identification (choose two of the following):

  • Valid passport
  • Valid UK photocard driving licence
  • Formal ID card (e.g. student ID, work ID, armed forces ID)
  • A photo of yourself holding a piece of paper with your name, date of birth (DD/MM/YYYY), and full address (including postcode)
     

2. Proof of Address (choose one of the following):

  • A recent utility bill (gas, electricity, water, or phone, dated within the last 6months)
  • A recent bank or credit card statement (dated within the last 6months)
  • A council tax bill (dated within the last 12 months)
  • A tenancy agreement
  • A valid UK driving licence (if not already used above)
     

We’ll review your documents within 2–3 working days, we'll then send you a link where you can pay for your registration (£65)  and once paid, you’ll be sent your client portal login details so you can start booking appointments and accessing support.

Bookings Open

Bookings now open
We’re pleased to let you know that bookings are now open again. Please note the process has changed slightly: when you make a booking it will be marked as provisional. An invoice will be sent to you within 24 working hours (not including weekends). Once your payment has been reviewed, you’ll receive a confirmation email and your booking will be finalised.
