Frequently Asked Questions

Please reach us at services@prideinhealth.co.uk if you cannot find an answer to your question.

It depends on when yourregistration payment was successfully processed.

More detail: For pricing, your registration date is the date and time (UK time, GMT) your registration payment is successfully processed via Stripe. If it was before 1 May 2026, you are an existing client for the transition (current pricing applies for May 2026, and updated pricing applies from 1 June 2026). If it was on or after 1 May 2026, the updated pricing applies from the start.

You can check the date stamp on your banking app for when your registration payment was made.

More detail: Your registration date is based on when your payment successfully processed (UK time, GMT). If you’re unsure, contact us and we can help confirm it.

A payment only counts once it has successfully processed.

More detail: If Stripe shows your registration payment as failed or incomplete, it does not count. Your registration date is set when the payment successfully processes.

Existing clients move to updated pricing from 1 June 2026.

More detail: If you registered before 1 May 2026, current pricing applies for May 2026 and updated pricing applies from 1 June 2026.

New clients registering on or after 1 May 2026 start on updated pricing immediately.

More detail: If yourregistration payment successfully processes on or after 1 May 2026, the updated pricing applies from the start.

The registration fee is charged separately.

More detail: The registration fee is £90 and covers administrative and support coordination work between the intake appointment and first prescription.

Intake services are priced individually based on what you need.

More detail: Intake may include intake (with or without formal diagnosis), care navigation, baseline blood tests, and a gender clinician appointment. You only pay for the services you need. Full prices are shown on the pricing page and in the pricing PDF.

No. These are structured care packages which include all the services you'll need as you progress through your care.

More detail: You can choose to pay quarterly, or spread the cost by paying monthly. This is not a rolling subscription model, and your payment option does not change what is included or the care schedule.

Monthly vs quarterly is just how you pay.

More detail: Monthly payments spread the cost of the same package and do not change what is included or the care schedule.

They reflect monitoring needs as care becomes stable.

More detail: monitoring bands reflect typical monitoring needs as care becomes stable. They are protocol led and based on clinical review of results, not time since sign up.

Many people move from Monitoring Band 1 to Monitoring Band 2 after a period of stability, but timing varies. Monitoring bands are protocol led and based on clinical review of results, and may change if medication changes, medical history, or blood test results indicate closer follow up is needed.

Yes, depending on clinical need.

More detail: If your health becomes less stable, you change medication, or results need closer follow up, we may move you to a higher monitoring band. If your care is stable, we may move you to a lower monitoring band. We will explain the reason and confirm any change with you before it affects pricing.

When your blood tests are next due.

More detail: If a monitoring band change is required, the pricing change comes into effect when blood tests are next due.

Because monitoring and reviews are usually needed less often once care is stable.

More detail: Monitoring Band 3 pricing reflects that blood tests and reviews are typically required less frequently when care is stable.

Your monitoring band pauses and may restart at a higher monitoring band depending on results when you return.

More detail: If care is paused, your monitoring band status pauses at the time care is paused. When restarting care, the required monitoring band may restart at a different monitoring band depending on clinical need and blood test results at the time of restarting.
