The Multidisciplinary Team (MDT) brings together independent healthcare professionals with lived experience, specialist knowledge, and a shared commitment to harm reduction and informed consent.
The MDT is made up of six members who work together to support clients across areas like gender dysphoria, mental health, hormone support, and general wellbeing. Each clinician works independently but collaborates closely as part of a supportive, joined-up approach that helps ensure care is safe, affirming, and shaped around each individual.
While not all currently listed, every member of the MDT plays a vital role behind the scenes. We’ll continue to update this page as we grow. If you're working with a member of the MDT, you’ll always be supported by someone who’s experienced, understanding, and passionate about providing the kind of care our community deserves.
