Providing community-led health support for your gender journey. Take your first step and learn about our pathways below.
Pride In Health is a community-led organisation moving toward a not-for-profit status, connecting trans, non-binary, and intersex people in the UK (aged 18+) with trusted independent healthcare professionals. Through a multidisciplinary team (MDT), we offer access to flexible, affirming, and accessible healthcare support, whether you need Prescribing Support, shared care, or additional help while self-managing your gender journey.
We work under the informed consent and harm reduction models, ensuring that support is tailored to your needs without unnecessary barriers or long wait times. Our goal is simple: to help you access safe, affirming healthcare on your terms.
Pride In Health exists to bridge the gaps in transgender healthcare. We believe everyone in our trans, non-binary, and intersex community deserves access to affirming, supportive care without unnecessary hurdles.
Our work is rooted in community support and harm reduction, providing access to independent clinicians who understand the complexities of trans healthcare.
As we transition to becoming a Community Interest Company (CIC), our commitment to reinvesting in services and expanding access remains at the core of everything we do.
At Pride In Health, the Multidisciplinary Team (MDT) is made up of experienced and registered healthcare professionals who work together to provide thoughtful, person-centred support for those accessing gender-affirming care.
The team includes individuals with backgrounds in psychology, general practice, nursing, endocrinology, bringing together clinical expertise, academic insight, and lived experience. Among them are professionals with many years of experience in gender-affirming care, as well as those with expertise in the philosophical and ethical underpinnings of safe and inclusive gender affirming healthcare .
The clinicians work independently but collaborate closely to ensure a connected approach that values autonomy, safety, and community voice. While we no longer display individual team profiles publicly, all members of the MDT are qualified, professionally registered, and committed to our values of harm reduction, informed consent, and inclusive, affirming care.
As our team continues to grow, we remain focused on building a service that reflects the needs and experiences of the communities we support, and where care is grounded in compassion, integrity, and respect.
If you're interested in joining the team, you can view our open positions on our Work With Pride page.
As we work toward becoming a Community Interest Company (CIC), we remain dedicated to ensuring that all profits are reinvested into improving and expanding our services. Our focus is on long-term sustainability, ensuring that our trans, non-binary, and intersex community continues to have access to safe and accessible health support.
The Pride Kaleidoscope represents the diversity of our community, with the pink triangle at its core, reclaimed as a sign of strength and resilience. Each colour in our logo reflects our dedication to supporting every part of our trans, non-binary, and intersex community:
Our logo is more than an image, it’s a promise that at Pride In Health, you are seen, respected, and valued.
