Our Pathways

What's new in the Prescribing Support Pathway

We’ve made a few changes to give you more support through the process, and more clinician time where it matters.


You’ll now have a Care Navigation appointment before your clinician appointment, to help you get everything ready and avoid unnecessary delays.


Baseline blood tests are now completed before your clinician appointment, so results can be reviewed properly in that appointment.


Shared care is no longer a separate pathway, it’s now combined as part of Prescribing Support. Our aim is to support as many people as we can into shared care over time, to help reduce costs and improve GP support.

Collaborative Healthcare

Pride In Health is building a trusted network of community friendly GP Practices, pharmacies, surgical and non-surgical providers.

We're also developing a list or trans owned or led services who share our values. If you support gender-affirming care and want to work in kinder, safer ways with our trans and queer community, we would love to connect. As part of a larger project for 2026 onwards, we’re starting to build a network of trans and queer-owned or led organisations and initiatives that we can connect with, support, and help lift as we grow.


Through our Community Partnerships Hub, we’re mapping out services and organisations that share our values and work to make a difference in the lives of trans, non-binary, and intersex people.


By joining, you’ll help us grow a network. Aiming to  launch in the latter half of 2026, designed to strengthen, promote, and support trans and queer-led initiatives across the UK.

Pride In Health is a limited company operating as a not-for-profit. That means any income goes directly back into building services, strengthening systems, and supporting our team.


We had hoped to convert to a Community Interest Company, but due to financial and structural barriers, that’s not something we can move forward with right now. Still, the principle remains the same. This is not a business driven by profit. It’s a project built for and by the community we serve.
