What You’ll Need to Register
To verify your identity and create your client account, we’ll ask you to upload the following:
1. Proof of Address (choose one of the following):
- A recent utility bill (gas, electricity, water, or phone, dated within the last 6months)
- A recent bank or credit card statement (dated within the last 6months)
- A council tax bill (dated within the last 12 months)
- A tenancy agreement
- A valid UK driving licence (if not already used above)
2. Photo Identification (choose two of the following):
- Valid passport
- Valid UK photocard driving licence
- Formal ID card (e.g. student ID, work ID, armed forces ID)
- A photo of yourself holding a piece of paper with your name, date of birth (DD/MM/YYYY), and full address (including postcode)
We’ll review your documents within 2–3 working days, we'll then send you a link where you can pay for your registration (£90) and once paid, you’ll be sent your client portal login details so you can start booking appointments and accessing support.
Approximate Wait Time
Our current wait time for a first appointment is approximately 8-12 weeks. We are, however, hiring and onboarding new psychologists and prescribing clinicians to help reduce wait times and create new availability.
